so I just retubed n biased my rd45 because I was getting volume drops and the red LEDs on the inside were flickering and its still doing the very same thing only it now sounds a bit better with the new tubes.
Im a bit confused on whats going on, the power LED and channel LEDs stay lit up just fine when the inside lights go in n out along with the sound.

I'd really appreciate some input on this, id really rather not have to take it to a tech but its starting to look like im gonna have no choice since im such a damn noob.

If the led lights and the sound come in an out, then I would suspect a power issue not related to tubes.
Changing to different tubes can alter the amps tone.
But, I doubt that the cosmetic LED lights have anything in common with the power tubes, other than the whole amp draws power from 1 common power source.
That source then feeds the different areas.

If this is a new amp, then return it and get a new one.
No reason to have a tech look at a new amp.
If it's not a new amp, then contact Randall about the warranty and see if they can help you out.
