Need help with wiring up my Splawn 4x12!!!

Okay. A friend of mine and I set about changing out the X-Pattern G12H30s and V30s in lieu of some Greenbacks for my Splawn 4x12. In haste, we rushed through tearing out the speakers without paying any attention as to how it was wired up. The speakers are all 16 ohm.

Is it your standard Marshall style switchable impedence jack/switch deal?

Could I get a diagram or a pic with the back of the Splawn off?

Sorry yeah, I could have mentioned that. It is a 4 input jackplate, the top two are 16 Ohm Mono and the bottom two are 8 Ohm stereo.

There is no switch, just four seperate inputs.

Would this be the way I would wire it if I was only using the 16 Ohm input?

How does the 8 Ohm input work? Would it fire off all 4 speakers when paired with a second cabinet?

Sorry for the newb questions, it's just that I've only wired Mono before.
