Need some MIDI help....BE-100 content...

If you need a midi foot switch I’d be down to sell my midi mate for a decent price.

Anyone know for certain that the BE-100 responds to CTRL out? MS3 looks good....
 
The ctrl outs can act just like a toggle or momentary footswitch, I dont have direct experience with a BE but I have had an ES-8 and currently have an MS-3 and he ctrl outs function in the same way a control switcher would. Shouldnt have a problem.
 
OK, I ordered a Voodoo Labs Control Switcher.....Now how do I hook it up to the BE-100 to access all 3 channels? I see TRS cables into 2 1/4 mono cables....Is that what I need and how do I get the 3rd channel then? THANKS!!!!!

I use a different cable with mine, but that cable should work. You'll be able to get all three channels. There's 4 buttons on the Control Switcher, you'll need to experiment and see what they do as far as switching your amps' channels. It'll make more sense when you have it in front of you. Download the manual.
 
I have the Voodoo lab control unit as well to switch channels via my Helix rack on the EVH 5150 EL-34 head. Works like a charm. It was a bit of a setup as I had to solder the leads from the end of a 5pin din that plugs into the control switch to cable to a 7pin din that plugs into the head that I had from a previous amp. The midi cable runs from the Helix rack to the control switch midi in. It just hooks up via that and works great! I use midi CC#s from the helix to change the channels.

In your case you will need a TRS cable to 2 1/4” mono cable to go from the switch to your BE-100.
