Neil Geraldo's rig this past weekend in New Lenox IL. Bad iphone shot, but that's the best I got. 3 JCM900's, back panels placed on front. I imagine to help cooling. Les Paul belonged to John Waite's guitar player Keri Kelli. Saw him a few years back when he played with Alice Cooper.

Neil sat in on a song with John Waite. Played ES135 style Gibson hollowbodies all night. Neil sounded good and so did Pat Benatar. She hit all those high notes and I beleive she's in her early 60's. I was impressed.

I always liked Neil Geraldo especially in the early years. Seen him on the Precious Times tour!!

Going to see Pat Benatar and Rick Springfield this Saturday! Loor forward to the show! Neil was using those JCM900's last time I saw them a few years ago. Glad to hear Pat can still hit those notes!!!

My band just played Catfish races here in Greenville, WI with them and Cheap Trick. Cheap Trick was awesome, I thought Neil Played quite well, Pat's voice sounded a little hoarse/worn, but was alright. I didnt get a chance to see her whole show....my band was playing on a side stage (beer stand area) to the side and we had to be ready when she ended the show.

I'd say there were 3000 people there that stuck around when we started, were only supposed to play 10 (pending Pat's set ending) to midnight...we played til 1...and there were still 100-200 people there after us playing for 3 hours straight with no breaks.

I always like Neil...

Are they still married I wonder???

Yes they are! Seem to have a great marriage and a beautiful daughter!

BTW - Neil is the one playing guitars on Rick Springfield's "Jesse's Girl" in case anyone didn't know.

Just watched a Rig Rundown the other day with Neil.

None of what I see in that pic is what he was saying was all he needed the day they filmed.

None of it.

It was also interesting to hear both bands as a 4 piece. No keys with either act. I didn't notice any backing tracks either. I want to say Myron Grombacher was playing the drums. Sure looked like him from recent pics, but if they announced the band members, I didn't hear. Beers were flowing pretty easily that night.

Doesn't he post here sometimes or maybe used to?? thought I heard that...
