New $200 cab day! Score??

Guy had this listed on our local FB marketplace. Was asking $300 but dropped it to $200.

Figured, “why the f not?!?”

I had the Orion in the car from Maiden rehearsal last night so used that to test it out. He says it has Eminence Legend V12’s of some sort. It sounded killer when I plugged it in so didn’t bother checking. He was in a black metal for some time that I guess has a deal with Krank, so he had a couple of these and a Rev+.

He also says the paint is corpse paint and nothing that’ll link me to an ongoing criminal investigation…

I’ll pop the back off when I get home to see what’s actually on there. Decided to get some celebratory taco’s to mark the occasion.

I gigged the V12's for years and remember them being great. They had that Eminence smoothness, but could still cut. Even for a good empty cab that price is good.

Yeah man I pulled the back off to get a better look and the cab seems REALLY nicely built.

Krank cabs were great. They were solid pine with a plywood baffle. Great cabs, TBH. It's just the speakers that weren't very mic-friendly.
