I'm willing to bet that Doug wanted a PQ3 in a pedal so that he could take it with him for clinics and to gigs where he couldn't lug his rig to. It certainly would have helped him with the tone of the Randy Rhodes Marshall demo at NAMM. That amp sounded God aweful

WTF? Doug is using the Diamond amps now? I haven't read that anywhere else, but I kinda stopped seeking out info about him this past year or two. I know the gear section on his website hasn't been updated in... oh... 4 years? Something like that. His amp rig is from the Dio tour he did, which was quite a while ago.
