Was this recorded direct or through an amp? If an amp, what was the signal chain?

This is direct, with just a touch of post EQ in the mix.

That was the first Axe-Fx clip I have heard that I really liked, and could not tell it wasn't tube. Super fuckin rockin there man!!! Nice work.

Bareknuckle Nailbombs, they're the shit!

I figured they were Bareknuckles. Come to think of it I don't think I've ever seen a Blackmachine without them. Anyway, I wondered if they were Nailbombs or Warpigs because of those grinding mids. I have Ceramic Warpigs and had the Alnico ones at one point and I recognized some of that grind, but there was something different though. The more I play my CPigs the more I realize I really like some grind in the mids. I really need to try either the Nailbombs or the Ceramic Nailbombs, because as much as I love the CPig (they are pretty dynamic for such a hot pickup) I'm reminded how nice it is to have pickups that breathe a little more when I play my other axes.

Yeah they are pretty well balanced tonally, not scooped or hyped in the low end or anything like that. They also aren't ULTRA high output, so they retain some dynamics for heaviness which is good for me since i play with a very heavy right hand.

it sounds more "modern" than the previous Divinity album I think.

I've tried a lot of bareknuckles, but the one that stands out for me is the miracle man. Less gain, yet more tone to my ears.
