Thanks for posting I'm glad they are back together and making an album. Instant buy for me.
 
Right on man, I just talked to him and he didn't tell me haha.

We're working on his rig for touring. Great player, songwriter and vocalist :thumbsup:

Sounds cool! Dude looks and sings kind of like Chris Cornell. Like The Big Wreck tunes better though.
 
Ian Thornley is a wildly talented dude . Hes way off from what I usually listen to but he brings so much to the table and I really enjoyed this new tune...

Me too, alot more than his solo stuff but this was a great tune with some great melodies...

Love it! Ian just writes things that have such a cool vibe, sole and melody. I am a sucker for the jangly stuff that the old 12 string does for them!
 
I was wonderin if they would ever do another album... Cant wait till its available :rock:

It's a pretty straight forward rig. He'll be taking the Bones on tour paired with another amp. Either his trusty Ampeg V4 or Line 6 head for the stereo effect stuff. Not sure yet. He's got some pedals, Boss, BB+ Exotic, Line 6 delays, a G system.

The album was already done when he grabbed a Bones last Oct. Here is a live performance of that same song in the above post, with the Bones:



and also back in Oct 2011, ripping it up on an extended solo at 4:32
