I find the title "Suckerfree gear" disturbing given his history.

All Mark Cameron has to do is to have some people start receiving amps & rave about both the amp & ordering experience. He will then have a waiting list of customers........Like it or not, folks are more than willing to forgive people who have great talent & who make something they want

and if you had to pick a plan B which would you choose?
henning cherry bomb, friedman SS sig, suhr PT100, fortin cali.....

Loved my Fortin Cali mod. Great alternative. The Cherry Bomb is the only tube amp I am interested in. Steve makes a killer sounding amp.

I don't care how good his amps sound, the guy is a proven crook. You must be insane to give that guy any money
Mark will not be handling any of the money end. Only overseeing the building of amps and designs. A trustworthy, 100% standup guy will be handling the money end of the business. In my experience, and many others, he can be trusted with 3K Gift pay and one need not worry one bit. I have seen it first hand numerous times.

No gift pays please, I would not expect anyone to do that.

Anyways I can"t speak on the legal end of things, I think that's between Mark, Rob and Brad. I hope it all comes to a amicable agreement in the end and everyone can move on.

I have told people that are skeptical to wait on ordering one and see, if its not your thing its not your thing.

I have my personal issues with Mark, but I know for a fact they've been selling pre-modded amps for quite a while now, with no issues.

As long as the business model remains selling completed amps, I see no issues.

I don't know that I'll ever try one, but Mark is certainly a talented guy, capable of great designs and builds; if they're as good as the originals, people will happily part with their cash.

FWIW- the guy who's handling the business side understands the importance of getting those original 14 amps out to the guys who got burned; I hope he's successful.

edit- and just when I thought rig-talk had gotten slow

mark stillowes me an amp...it's been 7 years...lol...part of it is my fault cause I gave up caring after 4 years...lol...

I love the 3 Camerons I've owned. Best amps I've ever played. I've yet to play anything else that felt the way those amps do.

An amp that was purchased by Mark and Co., then modded, then sold to the end user.

I'm going to try to control my temper here, but you and Brad say that the agreement was violated when we bring up the section in the agreement where YOU assume liability for the lost amps. The excuse was that the agreement was never really acted upon in good faith by either party. Now you try to invoke the agreement again when it suits you?

I hope you work this out, but if you stand in the way of the 14 of us getting our amps, know that we are organized, have cash flow and will bring this matter to the courts.

I must be out of the loop. What's the history here? What happened with Cameron?
