There has always been an inner circle of people that have gotten their amps back and/or had better access to Mark.

It's the flood of Joe Q Publics wanting to get in on the action that usually suffer.

The more exclusive/harder to get Cameron's are, they will have mystique but drop in popularity if they become readily available/too easy to get.

Wow this thread is pretty funny and sad at the same time. I will dare give my opinion (even though I don't really have a dog in this fight).
Mark Cameron and new Co. should start a NEW Amp brand name.
Call It something completely NEW and forget about using the already spoken for Cameron amplification name that Brad & Co. have.
Then they can add (Designed and Built by Mark Cameron) as a tagline and call it a day.

The internet never forgets, why keep using the name when it has SO much bad press. Wouldn't it be better to drop a new amp line, NEW everything. NO pages upon pages of bullshit drama that will drive away any prospective buyer on the market who is doing some basic searching etc.

It seems like if a New amp dropped, that was AMAZING. And sounded incredible in everyway, then it would sell. What is stopping them except this "name" thing. Its not like Mark Cameron HAS to call it his name. Call it something else and get on with it. That seems to be the MOST futile thing in this whole debacle. Whats in a name? Is no one creative enough to come up with some Better?

NO disrespect intended to Marks family name, but get over that. The name has been dragged thru miles of crap on the internet, how about a fresh start?

I have yet to hear one his amps in person, I have only heard the Brad & Co. versions and they sounded pretty good. I wasn't mad at the sounds, but they didn't tickle my nuts like a Diezel.

I hope that SOMEONE somewhere makes the 14 guys who are owed amps WHOLE. The truth of it is, that ANY advertising of a new venture etc is totally disrespectful to those guys. Brad & Co. always got a pass on that, because they were NEVER responsible for putting those guys in that position.

In MY opinion, I think its pretty callous to come out with a NEW and IMPROVED Cameron Amp endeavor without have gotten those past issues cleared up.

How cool would it have been if all those guys got their amps (Now named something completely new and different) and THEY were on the boards saying "HEY, Mark Cameron and his new amp line, sent me a brand new badass amp, WITH a total apology and here it IS!!!

What would this thread be like if we were all watching those people who have lost all that time and money be made whole. this would be an entirely different experience.

But NO. Instead we are getting the hype machine, building up some more bad mojo on the internet, which never forgets btw.

I with you on this one Reza, couldn't agree more. Just let the name go and start fresh, imagine if the 14 amps do get delivered under a new name designed by Mark. Shit, maybe I would buy one then!

I'm not a lawyer and obviously don't know the specifics of the agreement but based on what I have read, I don't think Mark Cameron has a leg to stand on in terms of having a right to the company name. Secondly, trying to hash out an agreement on a public guitar forum is a really bad idea and demonstrates a lack of basic understanding of how a negotiation should be handled.

If the agreement is still valid, then Brad and Tone Merchants are required to provide 14 CCV's, 14 refunds of $3,000 each or perhaps some type of subsitute amp. It's page 3, paragraph 14 and 15 of the agreement.

I'll take the $3,000.

Then sue his ass. I don't understand why no one has taken any legal action against any party in this whole debacle??

Has he reached out to anyone he stole from, publicly or privately and apologized? Has he made any attempt, aside from two amps or whatever that Brad deliver on his behalf to pay anyone back? Has he done any time in prison for his actions?

I'm convinced that this guy is a straight up con man and now he's sucked another poor bastard into his web of intrigue. Honestly, this is just some of the craziest shit I've ever heard of

Shame on you Glip for actually believing what you just wrote, you have never even met Mark to my knowledge.

In all my time with mark, he never once mentioned getting those guys and their amps. Not once. But, Mark sure wanted to get paid.

I pressed mark really hard on Jay Strange's amp. Mark finally admitted to me he smashed jay's amp to pieces out of anger over Jay calling Mark out on RT. And mark said the same thing he has told you.
