He has a few different custom models, but no signature production model. He has a fretless Horus in the works too. It might even be done by now.

With all the contributions Andy's made, I'm surprised they haven't set him up with a sig. I was just listening to "The Puppet Master" about an hour ago.

He used to have an ESP MII with that exact color scheme, that's the Caparison equivalent to it

He talks about it in this video at around the 8 minute mark. He said he sent Itaru the necks from a Strat and an old Kramer that he owned and had the neck modeled after those.
