That Jake amp sounds REALLY good to me. Seems to retain the Marshall rawness and high mids that I personally love. A lot of amps nowadays seems to take most of those frequencies out of the mix but that is what makes you cut when your in a band situation. Really nice work.
I agree that the Jake E. Lee sounds killer!! It does a great AC/DC and really captured Jake's style on the higher gain channel. Still sounded like a Friedman but seemed to cut more, focused a bit in the higher mids area, etc.
Im kinda disappointed there wasnt a mini(20-50 watts) butterslax.... At anyrate he always seems to have a good bit of new stuff. Im looking forward to hearing what the guys who grab one do with them.
