Damn, that was badass... killer tone and insane playing. Nice work Dave & Doug!

Watched it three times in a row. Doug is just amazing and the amp sounds killer

I heard a Friedman in a small room for the first time over the weekend. Sounded right up my alley. Just can't afford one.

awesome, but given the amp and the player I expected awesome

Not bad.. making me think more and more that a friedman amp is not for me. Playing was great though and the amp sounded as good as all the other good sounding friedman amps.

DANG!!! That Rappoport is one of my favorite new/modern players! He could plug into a goat's ass and I'm sure it would still sound killer!

Awesome amp and awesome demo. I will have a smallbox one day if it kills me. BTW, my Friedman modded JTM 45 (Brown eye/C45/simple clean) is for sale if anybody wants to help me fund my habit

Anyway, this also reaffirms what I've always thought. Amp demo's always sound waaaayyyy better with:

1) a good player with good hands

2) some attention to recording and production

3) demoing the amp in the context of some sort of song or melodic/harmonic context

How many great amps have been made to sound like utter shit on a shingle by some hack mindlessly wanking with nothing in mind to play in front of a camcorder.

Truth^^ but this isn't just a great sounding demo. Everything Doug touches is just over the top awesome.

Now I can honestly say that this is the first Demo of this amp that is seriously making me want it.

On another note.. anyone notice how he doesn't use his pinky? Interesting

There is just something about the way he plays. Can listen to the man all day. Outstanding!
