If these lawyers ever get my Mom's Trust sorted out, I should be getting a nice little bit of cash from it and plan on getting me a new guitar (haven't had a new one in well over 10 years).

And expensive. I'm really leaning towards getting another Carvin, as they seem to be the only company that has the options I want (mainly it has to be a Superstrat that is neck-thru with stainless steel jumbo frets) and that I can afford.

Yeah, I tend to be drawn to those types of colors. The Carvin I have now has a Flamed Maple top in "Vintage Yellow", which is really more of an orange color (it's pretty much the same color as Nacho Cheese Doritos ), so I'm wanting to get something different. I'm leaning more towards a natural wood finish.



Their Flamed Curly Koa tops look really nice:
