New JALEN PUP, OTW *Clip Added*

Jalen Origin, Clear bobbin, large hex poles...

So, i got up with him on Thurs/Fri last week about what i wanted...he responds right away. once i finalize what i want, i ask for a PP invoice; I'm on Vaca, he says. Oh, ok, dude, i'm sorry, go be with your fam...

so yesterday, i get an invoice, i pay-up...and just like that the PUP is on the way as of today.

super nice guy, very responsive, and helpful. told him it was going in an EVH guitar, which i know the route pools can be a bit custom/out of the ordinary. no problems he said...i'll just nip the edges/round the corners a bit...no worries...made a bunch of pups to fit the evh guitars.

regardless of how the pup sounds...dude is straight-up A+ in my book

ok...so i'm not the best at making clips and stuff....nor am i a great player,...so hows that for brake-pumping...
anyways.
got my local tech to put the pup in...no sweat. found some time to play a little, awesome.
i think it looks cool, and really does sound phenomenal.
i'm a bit of a hard-head, and should probably try to play something i can actually play a little better, but this is one of my fav VH solos, so i learnt it best i could...laid down a couple of tracks, picked one that had the fewest Klankers in it ( ) and here ya' go...

Fantastic service for me too. My dumb ass ordered a pickup that required the nipped corners just like yours but I didn't notice until I was installing the new Jalen. He took it back and fixed it for me. I got the Franky which is called something else now but it sounds great. Tons of snarly midrange push.

i believe he calls the franky the Pinnacle now... for obvious reasons
and yea..lots of sizzle and all that good stuff that makes it what it is.

Sounds fantastic. I bought two sets now and both were custom. One was even aged and he didn’t charge me extra. Fantastic communication awesome pickup customized for each person. And really cheap

I think you can do reverb, but unnecessary. Once you pay, he usually ships in a few days
