Cover of one of my favorite Journey tunes, Be Good To Yourself. I used my Kemper Profiling Amp with The Amp Factory Marshall 1987x profiles. Anderson Bulldog for rhythm and Drop Top for lead.

A very special thanks to Mark Day, Roy Nichol (drums, vocals and keys) and Don Lecompte (bass guitar) for their amazing talents on the backing track. I am no where near the player as Mark Day but the tune is a blast to play. Improvised most of the solo (sorry, can't do note for note).

good job... great song, my favorite on that album is "I'll be alright without you"

Thanks! Great album and awesome guitar player in Neal Schon!

Good job and a nice rhythm part by Schon. Really like the feel of the verse.

Great job mang ....

Raised on Radio was a good album, remember when it was launched.

Multiple

On a related note, if Mark Day and company toured as a Journey tribute band, I'd buy tickets. You know, because they have killer chops, sound like Journey and don't have a Piñata out front :D

as stated on Fbook...sounds killer! Great job man!

Looking to do a new vid myself in the near future...just not sure what

nice job Chad! playing and tone are exellent as always!

Excellent!! One of my fav later Perry era tracks, the song just kicks much melodic ass. I was enjoying your playing and the vid well enough...but shit was I distracted when you broke out that Anderson!!! My god, fricken beautiful! :::DROOL:::

Neal Schon has such an awesome since of melody and rocks at the same time!
