These guys are flat out some of the best riff-masters in their genre.

They're pretty cool, but a lot of their riffs get to sounding the same.

I might listen to them if they ever decided to get a singer.

Yeah I'm not hearing riffs that blow me away.. if I want riffs to rip my face off I'll listen to early Annihilator. Now that is a riff master:

(I hate these damn youtube adds that are surfacing these days but what can you do)

that said, these guys def have street cred. and not taking away anything from them just not hearing the tight riffing.

Yep, a lot of open string palm muted stuff with the familiar LOG riffs thrown in every measure or so. Standard LOG vocals. Not anything out of the ordinary from them.

Yeah, that Annhilator track was bitchin. Different sub-genre though... LOG these days is more of a transition or gateway band really. People these days typically get into LOG during their transition from mainstream makeup prettyboy metal to real underground bearded mans' man metal. The production on that track was killer, if nothing else. I also thought the playing was excellent, and that solo seemed very well written and performed... did they have solos on their older material? But yeah, nothing really new or groundbreaking about the rhythm sections for them, fit the format pretty much. I did enjoy it though. The vocals seemed to fit the mix better than in previous albums.

I hate to agree , but I do agree :D Love there riffs and timing , vibe etc..but I can't get into the death metal vocals at all and i have really tried

Take it for what it is....I think LOG jam. One of my favorites when at the gym!

I love their guitar riffs, style and playing in general but I always have thought the vocals were their weakest link. It only takes a very short time for his style to start grating on my ears. With that said I own every LOG album, I just try to listen in small doses and block out the vocals

The Vocals are the best part, kick your f****** ass ! Without the vocals it would not be Lamb of god. Carry on and go listen to Warrant Cherry pie!

Oh yeah and the repetitive guitar riffs are killer too!

This. I can only listen to about two songs at a time. After that it starts to get repetitive. Hate to say it, but a lot of their stuff sounds the same. But if I'm in the mood for them they're pretty awesome.

I cant understand half the shit AC DC sings and talk about repetitive.

Ya, i can understand how some cannot get the vocals. I cant handle alot of Screaming vocals myself, but I like LOG vocals...gotta be in the mood tho for sure!

I've always liked them, they kinda soaked up the sissy metal band garbage that's being played on the radio, they stay the same so their ok in my book.
I can't hear the clip on my phone, how do the new Boogies sound on this album?

Everything is repetitive really...

I also happen to like Warrant Cherry Pie AND Slayer so really, it's all good in the hood.
