Damn Scott, after all the shit talking we do about cork sniffers you go and get yourself a hardwood headshell. What. In. The. Fuck. :D   :D

+1,000,000

talk about the pot calling the kettle black...LOL. Is that thing meant to be played or showcased in a gallery????

It goes out every Sunday to be opened up :D

That reminds me......what do you, Ivan, and Danny use to polish those PRS fiddles with cause I have to get this shell up??  :D

Scott,
Am I allowed to put my feet up on it when I watch TV on your couch?

+100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 on you being totally cut off from future anti The Gear Page comments and you must refrain from all future cork-sniffer comments. At least you can argue whether titanium or nitocellulose or Callaham bridges make a tonal difference........ but a hardwood head case? LOLOLOLOL

Hello Pot, meet Kettle.

What that shell needs is a trip downstairs, the fast way... It'll give it some character.

I know that I had it coming, believe me oh did I know

Just got through playing through it with my RFR550 though so still keeping it real :D

Hey Scott

I`m glad you like it mate!!!

Thanks for the kind words too, i appreciate it, has been a pleasure doing business with your good self ;)

This cab will also fit a Marshall SLP large or small box head, it`d just require a new faceplate, the actuall box dimensions are the same as the SLP tho.

This wood looks different from every angle thats for sure, i think these pics may look a little more correct colour wise. LOL, tho photography isnt my strong point!!

I`ve also just scored some of this

The orange coloured wood is birdseye she-oak, perfect for an orange amp!! :D the browner wood is Flame Jarrah.

cheers
Brad

You know, I was just thinking, having hardwood shells would be pretty fucking sweet so I could set my stack up in the living room and and play whenever felt like it, anf the woman wouldnt mind because it looks absolutely pimpin'. :D

And you can always toss it back in the stock box for a gig. I have to admit, the wood itself and the quality of work look very nice. :)

Ding ding Ding  First thing my wife said when I showed her that was "wow Honey, that looks beautiful. Why don't you get something like that for yours, it could stay out in the living room if it looked like that...."

O.k....guess I could do something like that ;)

The irony here is if Scott had been out to NAMM this year he and I would have been ripping on that Kirk Hamster maple crusted abomination from Randall. :D

That depends on your furniture. Ripped tolex matches my ghetto furniture better. :D

So Scott, can you use regular Pledge on that, or does it require a special hand-mixed blend? :D ;)

LOL............wondering when someone would ask that :D

Waiting for the New Jersey PRS polishing club to respond in regards to Pledge use

I don't know Scott. You have reached a level of sniffery completely unprecedented on Rig-Talk and unless I'm reading the wrong threads on the Gear Page, EASILY up with the best of them there. Now you're still my RVS and Canada bashing bro but please let's call a spade a spade, and you my friend, are the ACE OF SPADES of cork-sniffery.

So what's next? Silk leg warmers for your guitar stands? 22" gold rims to replace the casters on your 4x12? Carbon Fiber guitar picks? A big diamond in your front toof?

That is friggin Sweet!!!! Holy crap, nice work. ps - Wanna sell the old headshell?

I put the chassis back into the old headshell due to the weight of the cork sniffy shell, I take the jvm out weekly and it weighed more than a Herbert

I have an axe-fx in the hardwood shell now.

Sweet Jesus!!!

:worship:

Well....I think you're ready...

...for The Gear Page.

Bye, we'll miss you!

Make sure you stay in touch!! :cheers2:

Don't forget to use spellcheck, thy're smart over thar!! :rawk:

I take the jvm out weakly

Fixed. JVM is not a RT approved amp unless it is in that other head shell. Consider this a RT violation and your probationary period begins now.
