I have a 6 space rack.

2 spaces for Axe Ultra
2 spaces for Vht 2/50/2
1 space for furman power conditioner
1 space for ????????

What should i put in? I thought about putting in a tuner, but the Axe does that, and also i can read it on the Liquid Foot...

You have my exact same setup minus the tuner and a 2 space drawer. The tuner on the Axe works good, but I like being able to see it from across the room. But if you have it on your controller.....

I have basically the same setup. I leave the one space empty and stuff my cords in there.

I left the bottom space 'open'... but mounted a 1sp vented rack shelf in it....UPSIDE DOWN!!... specifically to stuff cables and crap in....without having it flopping against my Axe-Fx. It makes a cool little cubby. Also, the vents let me zip tie permanent cables, and the line-lump from my wireless to it.

It's a damn fine idea. I'm full of them...or something. :gethim:

I'm thinking a spacer to allow for ventilation

Between the axe and the vht 2502? Is there any possible way for the Vht to heat enough to melt the paint of the Axe if its placed directly on top?

You don't want that kind of heat on the bottom of your unit.

Arent the Wahs in the Axe Fx Ultra good? Whats the point of the crybaby rack wah if the Axe has a wah also?

I heard that the Axe wahs are great but to be honest a) Im picky as hell about my wah tones and LOVE what I have dialed in on the Rack b) Im too lazy to sit and try to duplicate it on the AxeFx c) Utilizing the volume pedal feature on the Rack Wah works out great for me..
