I was playing the DSL a bit tonite just straight in. sounded great!
Had tons of modded marshalls. Never had the DSL 100.
Gonna tinker with some boosts in front this weekend.

Yep, that's where it's gold. I had a Bad Monkey back then. Just a clean boost is all she needs to tighten up and roar.

I was pleasantly surprised how it was sounding straight in. Something jut "Karang" (if that makes sense) about a marshall.
All the amps I owned these still hold solid.
Was looking for a good rock n roll rig. Think this works nicely.
Got a Aldrich pickup in the bridge on that V. Sounds killer thru my D moll.

Yeah its been about 15 years since I had a V.
I had one back when I used to only play in the house sitting down and it was a pain in the ass.
Jamming on it tonite and man.....such a fresh change. Loving it!

That's it. It is a pretty cool guitar. What pickups are in it now? It had a custom custom and alnico ii pro in it when I sold it. I sold it on tgp, did you arrange the deal here?

Yeah got it from Zuel69 on here. Think he told me its got a Aldrich in the bridge.
WHats the name stenciled on the guitar case? Cant quite make it out.

It was part of a trade deal. And honestly it really is a kick ass amp.
Was jamming it tonite for a bit. I could see me using this amp to rock with my drummer on weekends EASILY.
