This is my first real effort at making a demo of my Soldano HR 25. This is just the basic demo song. I know there are mistakes and the audio is not crystal clear, but it's just the initial improvisation, so I'm going to go back and redo it cleanly later. I just wanted to see what you guys think of my little song idea. I call it The Metropolis.

I dig it. The tone is killer. The only thing I don't like is the drum beat in the heavier part near the beginning. Sounds off or disjointed. Very cool liittle tune.

Yeah I'm not very good with drums. I programmed the drums with a drum machine, but I fixed the part you were talking about. I think it sounds a lot better now.

nice tone. what is the mod on your amp?

Short explanation, well you can call it a Decatone 25. Basically the crunch and overdrive channels of the Decatone.

I feel you on the drums thing. I only have GarageBand on my iPad to record. Some tunes that I can't use a drum loop and need more dynamic parts I have to play on the virtual drums with my fingers. I think it sounds close when I'm recording, but when I listen back if it's off even a bit it sounds really bad. Can't wait to not be poor and someday afford some nicer recording equipment and software. I dig the tune a lot though. Sounds like something I would write. I can tell what you're going for with it.

Just listened. Tone is great. As mentioned the drums are :aww:
Get Ez Drummer. Spend a couple hours figuring it out and thank me later. Your drums will be slammin'.
