Oh Gawd how I hope these sound like ass.
That'll be $1200.00 to fill a 4x12

But I am a sucker for good tone,so Rez,put em through there paces and put out one of

Cool. Do an A/B vid with other speakers too.

I was wondering about that. I kind of want to load a quad into one cab for my own uses of course... everyone has heard the other speakers...there are plenty of videos of V30's et al. all over the place.

I was thinking just a straight up video of JUST these. clean and dirty and maybe switch up the amps instead.

Good idea. Just the Cream's and a few different amps.
Plus, like you said, maybe bring them to practice to get some break in at stage volume.
Looking forward to this

If you can, do a pre- and post-break-in video with the same amp settings and mic position

I had a couple Gold's that sounded pretty good right out of the box.
So maybe Reza's Creams will do the same.

Im wondering if I should try and break them in first...I have never done it...I could load up the cab, take it to rehearsal on sunday and blast thru them for 4 hours..that might help right??

It might help, but it takes a considerably longer pounding to truly break in speakers. I know there's a way you can rig a set up to blast them continually 24/7. Can't remember exactly what that was as it was about 10 years ago when I checked into rigging something up to break in a new set.

Looking forward to hearing the video. Congrats on the endorsement. Please hit them with some SLO love

Creams kill the Golds IMO. That is awesome. They handle high gain amazing, but improve cleans for any amp. Also, in my experience, the Cream Alnicos don't sound stiff even new - they aren't like other high power speakers that need a lot of break in or wattage. They sound great quiet, loud, and the new one I just got sounds like the one I've been pounding for 6 mos.

-a variac set at half the wattage for 24 he's will do it-

This or invest in some iso cabs if this will be a regular thing for you.

This is pretty awesome though congrats. Will we be seeing a flood in the classifieds soon? :D

Sweet! Bet one would sound great with the Rocket clone in my avatar. Been considering a Gold.

Good for high gain huh? Think they'd fair well for thrash/death type stuff? I've considered trying these in the past but just never pulled the trigger.

Just installed and played them. WOW.

Im hooked, they are amazing. Best sounding speaker I have ever used. Will shoot a video this weekend for sure.

I knew this was gonna cost me.
Almost as bad as when Pete Thorn sprinkles magic dust on all those pedals he made me buy

Dammit man. Why couldn't you have just lied to us? You know, just say you hate them, dial the amp really shitty, anything. Nope, you gotta go and tell the truth and shit.

....just on the offchance someone was interested though. What cab do you think they are good in?
