Wayne, have you ever considered doing the 70’s ADA flanger?
Skoora ..... I'll make anything you want ... as long as it's pure analog .... and I can get a reliable schematic for it ..

I'll take a look around today at some point .... see what I can dig up on it ... I love doing older circuits
Gold edition looks great, as does the Crambone & ya gotta love anything Tex Avery.
Wish I was collecting pedals these days as I'd be all over those.
Killer looking work as always
Thanks man !!

The Gold Edition Superdrive is absolute 🔥

Best pedal in that bunch is still the Beez Nutz, but that phaser is legit. I kinda wanna put that thing in context and see how it shakes out. It might go on a board soon.

Don Juan is warm and lush ............... like only pure analog can do !

The Mistress is the same way .......... sounds friggin amazing

Beez Nuttz is no joke ..... insane circuit !!

Have you done an EQ pedal yet? Or something like the EQ from hell... smaller parametric type deals?

Yeah. He did the Pultec EQ. It's a killer kazoo preamp.

That'd require a bucket-brigade approach wouldn't it, being pre-ditital 'n' all?
unfortunately that ADA Flanger used the now impossible to find SAD1024 Chip ....

I've been looking to find a schematic that might be using a more modern BBD .... unfortunately they just don't swap out ..

I saw that they did a pedal board friendly, reissue version for a while, the PBF model. I wonder what chip they used for that one?

you got a pic or other reference to it ? I'll check it out

this one ??

just did some homework ............ found a schematic using the MN3007 BBD chip instead of the SAD1024

so yes I could do one ..... as long as all the other parts are attainable ... I think I can still get MN3007's

just checked Smallbear ( I wouldn't trust anyone else ) the MN3007's are 20 bucks each .... so it would be an expensive pedal ... but it would sound incredible

the original AC cord ADA flanger had a very special sound. deep and oily sweeps with an unusually pleasant metallic swirl on the top end. the reissues missed the boat.

the OG mxr AC cord unit had a thicker sweeter sound but was noisy.

Griffin Analog: Makes a sweet flanger
Rig-Talk: Make a different one!
Well it was rabbit holing on the OG electric Mistress to get a reference on what Wayne’s pedal might sound like that got me to the 70’s ADA. 🤗
Wayne, how much would the Mistress be?
If you did an ADA, we could steal an idea I read on calling a flanger, Ned Flangers. Maybe Okily Dokily could surround the on/off switch 😂
