I'm sort of split on the sentiment in the OP's video though. I certainly agree that Trump is the fall guy on all this, and they are making an example of him. BUT, he still knowingly broke the law, repeatedly, so tough cookies. Just because "everybody's doing it" doesn't make it on the up and up.
So many people complain about how everything is so corrupt and the rich get to do whatever they want, etc etc, yet when the court finally does something about it, they bitch and moan and call it a "witchhunt"

If it turns out that Trump is the only one to ever get knocked for this, I think it will be a dark spot on our system, but if it is just the first of many people going down for abusing the system, I am totally ok with it. And from what the dude said in the video, there seems to be a very real fear amongst investors that this is the first of many cases to come.

Yes, a cursory glance at the weekly news cycle suggests O'Leary is in it again, highlighted in the thread I am contributing to right now. The last time he made the news cycle, he was pimping FTX as their spokesperson. This proves beyond any doubt that he is credible and you should believe him.

Hate to break this to you, but CNN isn't real news and Kevin O'Leary is just a tv personality. Do you seriously think investments in New York are going to change...even in the slightest...because Kevin O'Leary says so, or because FOX or CNN talking heads give him airtime for ratings purposes? If it was Bloomberg or the Kochs, THAT might be news, but O'Leary holds the same weight here as the Kardashians or Snookie.
