NGD: 2016 Gibson SG Standard T Pelham Blue

Bought this NOS last week. Only got a few minutes to open it up and take a test drive unplugged last night but sounded and played great. 57 Classics, locking Grovers, 61 style teardrop pickguard and lovely Pelham Blue finish. Case candy included a wide leather Gibson strap which was unexpected. Seller waited until after I paid to tell me they were out of town, so there was a few day shipping delay which isnt so cool but it seems well worth the wait so far. Although I've had a lot of Gibsons over the years, this is my first SG. It also completes my Gibson solid body desires. I need to get a family photo of this with my Aged Pelham Les Paul Custom, Golden Axe Explorer and Silverburst Hinds V...

Nice score man! Sucks that you had to wait a few extra days, but it sounds like you got some extra case candy!

I love my Pelham Blue LPC. I was hesitant to buy mine since I've never seen PH in person, but after seeing it in person, it is one of my favorite colors.

You should post pics in about 5 years and show us how it aged!

After having this a few more days and getting to play I must say it has renewed my faith in current gibson production and qc. Great guitar here in playability and look. I tend to like thicker necks so I was a little wary of the 60 slim taper on this but it is super comfy and easy to play. So far I'm very happy with this purchase
