NGD: 7 string

Ordered this from Matt's Music last week and got it today. Thing is absolutely sick. Neck is typical Suhr awesomeness. It's incredibly light too, even lighter than my S3. Body and neck are mahogany, board is pao ferro. Pickups are JST-7s.

stunning guitar! I'm about to order a 7 string soon! are the pickups aldrich like?
 
Never played the Aldrich, but from what I've heard about the, I don't think so. They're pretty dark and I've heard the Aldrich is almost piercingly bright. Gotta up the treble a bit on my amp to get them to sound right. Decent amount of output and tight lows though. Work great with distortion, not so much with cleans IMO.
