NGD: Caparison Horus - Everyone Still Hate These?

Hmmm...27 frets and a hum/slanted single config...where have I seen that before :confused:

Seriously, the other guitarist in my band has that exact guitar/finish (although with black hardware)...awesome guitar IMO and I'd own one if it brought something new/different to the party for me. He did change out the bridge pickup (JB) so I'm not sure what the stock unit was like but it sounds great now.

And I dig the elf shoe headstock :thumbsup:
 
:) From what I gather, the japanese are crazy about crafting guitars, seems the best bang for the buck is had there.

Cool guitar. Congratulations on your new addition! I'm not a huge gold hardware guy but it looks cool nonetheless. Is that a licensed Floyd or Original? Just curious.

Schaller S-FRT II. In terms of quality, it's the same as the OFR/Edge Series/Gotoh. In terms of feel, it's not as spongy as an OFR; it's more like the Edge series. In terms of tone, I find it's a tad warmer than the OFR.
 
very nice sir!! i have the same guitar in the deep sea finish. i absolutely love the guitar, especially the headstock :D
 
Congrats, nice looking axe...that devil tail is one of the only newer headstock designs I like. :rock:

guitar,those are great feeling necks.I've wanted one
for awhile but ESP keeps me down.

I really like that. I was just looking at some on e-bay and some are very pleasantly simple. They look like they're really quality made guitars and your finish is really sweet.

I really like the headstock, too.

I LOVE my caparisons. Huge tone, great necks, play like buttah.....

congas to your new fiddle! I do own two horus models and have owned some custom artist caparison models, I like the look of those guitars when you're on stage!
this saturday I'm going to put in a Suhr Aldrich humbucker in my walnut horus, I'm curious how it will turn out.
 
Looks Killer, Congrats, I always liked those, never have got to try one though. tad more than I'm willing to spend on one, when I can have one built for the same price or cheaper. ;) But still VERY cool guitars.... :thumbsup:
