BTW I noticed a difference when I stripped the paint, sounds warmer and woodier. ;)

I didn't think I would like the pickups either but I think they sound great in this guitar.

I bet...gonna get more wood resonance for sure...and agreed the pickups are staying put. :thumbsup:
