I would assume he sprays the top with a clear coat first then uses different tinted clear coats (oxymoron?) to paint the skull graphic.

Super smooth This thing through a Herbert, UL in stereo= the best smooth jazz tone you can get. I've been trying to keep that on the down low so no one copies me though

Damn man....I've actually looked at this thread more than porn lately, and that's saying something. How's the neck? Most 7s I've played around with feel like planks. This'd be perfect if it was comfortable.

I actually think this may have the most comfortable neck I've ever played. It's not super thin, but it's not overly thick either. I'd put it somewhere between my RG7620 and a Loomis thickness wise. No shoulders like some of the newer RG1527's seem to have(I've only played one for a short time). And it's got a real smooth satin finish on it. I immediately gelled with it.

I've been playing KxK's for a few years and they have very thin necks. Next time I order one from Rob I'll probably ask for a little thicker neck profile. But I still like em thin too.

On 6's I like a litter thicker profile. The PRS wide fat feels real good to me. But the wider the neck the neck gets, the thinner I prefer theneck to be.
