NGD: I too recently got a Koa Suhr

Had this for a couple months. Couldn't remember how to post pics plus wasn't motivated due to the sudden passing of my mom right before I got it. Big thanks to Johny Miller at Suhr who helped me out a lot on this one. I had been waiting for a nice piece of Koa and nothing Suhr had matched what I was looking for. Johny had a Koa top on hold for a guitar he was having built and he offered it to me. This is it. Johny is a real cool guy and very helpful.

Oh i wouldn't say that. I would say that i would be totally thrilled to own either but am partial to Carve Top Moderns.

No doubt. A flat top and carve top are totally different. Plus the gloss finish on mine brings out the figure in the top. I waited a LONG time to get a top like that well over a year.
