Got the Wolfgang yesterday, but ended up doing a full setup on it last night after work. Its pretty nice having a stop tail bridge, makes tuning and setups so much easier.
The flamed maple top gives the guitar a more brighter tone than my other guitars but I haven't really played too long on it yet. The neck is a little thicker than my Strat, but it's really easy to play on it, which was surprising to me because I have small hands, The cutaway makes access to the higher frets so much easier than my Strat also. Not sure if I am keeping it yet, but plugged it into the Mark IV and am liking it so far. Can't wait for the Vintage Modern to get here to try on that. I am too used to having the pickup selector at the volume/tone knob area that I have to get used to changing pups on this guitar, and the way its setup is foreign to me (up is bridge, down is neck). I get off of work lately usually so I haven't had a chance to play this thing at higher volumes, but hopefully I can test it out again tomorrow before I have to slave it up again at work over the weekend.
Here are some bad pics of the guitar and my current setup, I would do clips but its getting too late at night and I live in a townhouse, plus I suck so you wouldn't really want to hear me play
. And yes my guitars all hung all misaligned and my settings are way off at the moment
