Bought over Black Friday, arrived this past Monday, but I had to travel to Boston for work and didn't get to spend any time with it until today.
Came with the new DMO pickups. They are pretty good, the neck is actually stellar for soloing. But I swapped them out and installed a set of Bareknuckle Warpigs. It went from really good to devastating.

Got this used, so about $2.3k less than new prices. I LOVE satin guitars and this looks feels and plays just amazing. Weighs is right about 7lbs. Mango top, I never heard of using Mango, but I'd say it's a lot like mahogany in sound but with some cool figuring. I tried zooming in on the grain, it is really nice in person.

That’s freakin clean dude ! If it plays half as good as it looks it’s amazing, congrats 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

One of the best looking CUs I've seen in years! An absolute beast wow..

Are those warpigs alnico or ceramic and do you play standard or tune down?

I noticed one thing which seems a bit off or suspicious - the trem should sit appr. 1/16'' from the body. It should be floating and you should definitely be able to see a much bigger clearence than what i see on pic number 3...

You said you bought it used... to me it seems like someone was messing with the setup and hoping to block the trem by lowering the whole thing down so that its flush with the body.. I once did that but it fcked up the whole geometry cause then i had to raise the individual saddles to compensate for that drop and have enough string height on 12th fret.. and then it took me like 4 hours to get everything back to normal cause those 6 pivots or whatever you call those are a nightmare to balance out :D

Once I had everything set up +/- according to factory settings it played even better, so you may want to check that out to unless you did it on purpose and it makes sense to you..

Beautiful.

PRS has some killer deals out there right now, I’ve had to hold myself back from a few.

Warpig bridge is Alnico5, I went with the warmer but like both.

Good eye. I bought it from a PRS dealer, it came with cert and all candy. It came very standard and was raised up. I adjusted the bridge down and tweaked the neck. Not heavy against the body, but just barely touching it so I got the action extremely low. I like it like that, it plays like butter to me. I never use the trem, so putting an extra spring and lowering the bridge is pretty much like a fixed bridge.

I have a cabinet with mango wood. Absolutely beautiful grain. Really sweet axe!!! Looks like a workhorse guitar.

That's pretty cool.. is the tuning around standard? Just curious cause back in the day when we played in drop B and i had an alnico warpig in mine it was too bass heavy.. The output was good, not MEGA cause ppl tend to think that 22kOhm automatically means its gonna have gains for days.. i liked it.. just.. not in that tuning :)
I could imagine it working really well around drop D..maybe C...in those guitars.. mine is a bright fcker

very cool 👍
I never heard of a mango top either, but it looks killer and good is good no matter what you call it!

It’s tuned to standard D. I’ve gone between 1/2 step and whole step down over the years, last few I’ve preferred straight standard D.

Congrats! Awesome looking one!

Which one of your amps sounds the best with this guitar?
