got this on Wednesday. Its a 80's shred mkII .people either love or hate the tiger stripes . I'm in the love camp . Guess its cause the 80's were my gigging days .
I haven't had alot of time to spend with it thus far but so far so good .have some upgrades to do and I'm just waiting on the parts to come in .I will say the neck feels like a custom shop charvel only with better upper fret access .

I'm also in the love camp. Congrats. Suhr builds a mighty fine axe.

Its not a PRS, does it still take you high enough? :D Please tell me it came with a pair of oakleys.

Now it's for sale? Profit or no love for it?

Like I said in the add I just can't bond with a strat shaped guitar . I played a wayne almost exclusively until 2008 when I got a LP axcess . Ever since then its been single cuts .Now when I try to go back to the strat its all good till I have to go the bottom 3 strings bove the 12th fret . the ergonomics of a strat make it to where I have to shift the guitar to my left in order to reach those notes .Yes I can do it but I find myself missing notes and struggling to play what comes easy on a single cut. Also like I said in the add its killing me to sell it,I've always wanted a tiger stripe guitar and this one is just flawless.
Its got great tone and play ability and I really like the clean split tone from the Aldrich pups. I played it almost non stop all weekend trying to bond with it.Played so much that it actually hurts my fingers to type this. But at the end of the day when I pick up my SC its just easier to do what I need to do .

As far as profit ,no, Just trying not to take a bath on it . If someone buys it at the price I have it listed for I will still lose money.Thats why I would really rather trade. Sad thing is I don't really need anything at the moment .

Damn, sorry to hear you didn’t jell with it. Awesome guitar.
