Daaamn that looks good. I really like how he did the flames down the neck and back, not just the front.

I've had the same idea for a long time now, pick up a beat up KE2 for cheap and just have an air brush guy paint it. I have a guy I know that is awesome at true fire.

Gotta love Red Ghost Flame - not too many about either, which is cool. As posted, seems like BKGF (black ghost flame) is the most common on Soloists and DK1s, with BGF (blue) the most common on KV2s. Green and Red are the rarest, which is a shame as I think they're the better looking versions..

I would agree, red is probably my favorite, but I'm a sucker for red anyway.

I will say I've seen some KV2's and that limited custom shop run of KE2's out there with a reverse headstock and the black/silver/purple ghost flames and they look good. I almost bought one of those KE2's a few years back, but couldn't get over how much I don't like reverse headstocks.

Isn't it proven flames makes guitars faster by like 3.5 times or something?

Got some more pictures of this thing. It plays really nice. One thing that is weird though is that the single coils have very low output. The humbucker only seems normal, but when I switch to all three, no sound, then the two singles, just a little bit, and just the neck single and there is decent output again. I'm wondering if the middle single coil is out or it's the selector switch?
