I met the Mastodon guys while on a photo shoot a few years ago. I was assisting a buddy while he was shooting them for an ad for Orange Amplification. We talked gear for a bit and they got a kick out of the fact that we all owned the same guitar. I think I ran into the guitarist a few times at the practice space (we used the same studio rental space in Atlanta). Nice guys.

The BDs are very cool pups when mated to a Lester. Probably the most pronounced pup in the BKP "hot vintage" lineage. I think you're gonna love 'em.
