Nice find/score, congrats!!!! I'm partial to that gold color of those two. My fav color of the US So-Cal's was the "Transparent Ale"...had one and foolishly let it go. But I've long since had a white US San Dimas and also a Custom Shop, both will stay fo ev ah.

As soon as my 2008 Candy Tangerine arrives, I'll post pics of it next to my 2009 Candy Plum. You are correct about the prices; they seem to hover around a grand. I found the Tangerine for 699.

Opposite sides of the color wheel. They are a perfect set to have for that reason alone. I knew once i got my Tangerine, that Plum would have to be next. It's the designer in me....

Nice collection! I had a Ferrari Red one last year, but it was kinda stiff and fought me a bit, even after setup...I traded it towards a nice Jackson SL1 from 90. Some of these USAs can be as good or better than custom shops in feel/playability..the Plum is one of them. I had a Candy Blue San Dimas that was another great one; but returned it because of a unadvertised flaw on the back. But in hindsight I should have kept it. Only paid 549.
