NICE Love the '57. What's the story on it? Was it ordered that way, or a custom build or what? The inlays look great. Is it a once piece Mahogany body too? It's got Real '57 Tuners? Those are worth quite a bit of money by themselves anymore.

I'm kind of anxious for my '56 body to start checking, but I'm not ready to put it out in the cold quite yet. ;)

I certainly don't want to come across as a loser or show off. I post this stuff because I know I enjoy seeing everyone else gear and figured some might want to see mine. :confused:

I got that issue with too many guitars that restringing them regularly becomes a lot of work/time.

But I do it on mainly mediocre guitars.

You have a great collection, I would love to spend some time with those beauties!!!

So now, if you close your eyes and play em, so not looks but pure tone and playability, which is
-the best of the 3 new pauls?
-the best of all the bunch?

Nah, you're safe. Posting pictures of your sports cars in front of your mansion, buying more gear in 1-day than most "commoners" will ever see in their lifetime, and snapping up just about every piece of gear that shows up on the classified board doesn't come across as showing off.
