NHSD (New Half Stack Day)

Marshall JVM410H and matching 1960A Lead 4x12 Cabinet. Been kind a of itching for a more "traditional" sounding flexible high-gain head as an alternative to the boutiques (Diezel and Koch). Picked up both, dead mint under $2,000. Will report back with my thoughts and opinions as I know opinions around here vary greatly on this particular amp.

also is it the picture angle or does that head look like its getting skinnier as it goes down lol?

Congrats. JVM is a great amp. I picked up a JVM 205H used about 8 years ago. Still enjoy it.

yes, JVM410H. has all the Marshall flavors, and I think it sounds / feels great...only a few purists here disagree...

Congrats & HN-HS-D! Like all my MV Marshalls, I find the JVM410H sounds better, to me, with MV at 7+

yeah - it is the angle and lens of the cell phone. Somewhat like how some people think the Earth is round based on pictures from space.

Makes my Dual look soooo much bigger
