This might be my new favorite grail guitar for 2017. Just about speced out perfectly, and that satin black just flat out kicks ass. Here are the specs:

That's a stunner and a hell of a lot less money than a Collings. All though I like the headstock on the Collings better, but for the money this might be worth checking out.

I played a few Collings Ciry Limits years ago. The Collings played great; nothing at all to complain about. But it just didn't do anything for me for some reason. The store also had a Norlin-era LP that they refretted, and I preferred the LP for some reason.

Just FWIW. That CL is really cool looking, though!

The Dual Throbak ER-MXV humbuckers should be pretty stout.

Downside today, called the store out of sheer curiosity to check on the price. They are going FULL RETAIL on this bad boy $5,085. Fucking insanity!

Still a killer looking and I'm sure sounding guitar, just not at that price.

Great guitars! 10 times the build quality of a Gibson for half the price.

LOL right! Don't think I'll be getting this guitar for quite some time. The dealer was saying that they ordered it with this specific build, it's the second one they've done. Highly doubt I'll see it on the used market.
