Perhaps he should GET THE HELL OUTTA RETAIL THEN! Customers are what makes your business. Every phone call is a potential customer/client. If he's such an expert, he should be more than happy to help people decide what's gonna work. But from the sounds of ti, he cant even do that right because of his listening impediment.

With that said, he has never nor will he ever get a call from me. And I'm sure he could really give a shit. That's fine.
 
I am having a hard time with that price, are you sure they had your order right?

I was going to do a full blown Jackson CS with a Charvel neck, ebony sharks, reverse headstock, and full blown quilt done in Chlorine and I was under $3500 but that was back 4-5 years ago.

Contact Chubtone and get a quote from him.
 
I'll spare all the details, but I dealt (buying and selling) with Ed Roman in person at ECMM in CT many times. He always treated me well and fairly; nothing but great experiences, no complaints from me.

He doesn't like time wasters and tire kickers for sure, but once you are a known customer it's a different experience, you can take your time and try out gear at will, Ed and his staff were always helpful.

I do recall him telling his staff (at least a few times) "let him try whatever he wants", referring to me, when he had to leave the showroom floor for awhile and did not work with me himself (which was rare). I'd be in ECMM at least once a month back in the day.

I've not been to his store in LV, but then LV is not my kind of place.

Clearly, YMMV.
 
Met Ed at NAMM years ago and the guy was an unbelievable prick. Would not do business with him in any way.
 
WOW the ED seems like a total douche. I have been to his site a few times. He rambles like a very paranoid mad man. I looked at a couple of his shredder type guitars but they all seem to pointy.

I wonder if he has to wipe his own ass like the rest of us...poor guy, he's to special for that.
