Death by Uberschall, your board gets me every time. I love it, that Hendrix/Van Halen pedal is just pure win.
Thanks.

Fantastic, I've done BYOC tremolo, however it's just painted black, maybe my next one I'll try and get a little bolder.

er... right.. start at the beginning... lol easy questions first.

Trailer trash board right? i've been looking at these. can you buy em with all the send/return/input/output jacks installed or is this something you have to send all your pedals off to them for like i see on their website?

Yes it is a Trailer Trash board. When you order the board they will install what ever jacks you want/need.

I put my board together myself, took about a week for me in my spare time. They do offer to install your pedals if you want them to. I wasn't sure how I would get all my pedals on there, so I did it myself. I had to rearrange my layout a few times.

Ok cool, next question, does your board have holes drilled for patch cables to be fed thru? it looks a pretty tight board. if so, did you do this yourself or do they come like that?

Drilled them, fed the cables through and installed all connectors myself. Here are a couple more pics, don't know if they will help or not.

no no, thats making sense, the pics are a help. did you do the same with the power leads for the pedals and the PP2? that's a 36x18 board right?

i'm looking at a gigrig pro 14 also, but glad to see these WOBO units are made in poland as i won't end up paying VAT or import tax.

Yes, each lead (120v power, guitar signal, pedal power) were shortened or lengthened to the correct length.

36x18 board.

I looked at the GigRig also, but it wouldn't do the common return I wanted or channel switching of the amp channels, so WOBO got the deal. Talk to WOBO, tell them what you want and they will build it accordingly.

Remember, with my WOBO, one stomp changes the effects and amp channel. :2thumbsup:

Ah, nail on the the head  not sure what i want. what i definitely want is something i can switch combo's of pedals in with a button press without all the tap dancing, and i want anything not used out of the path to prevent signal loss. farther than that, i don't know.. mainly my girlfriend is pissed with the pedals all over my floor

ah well, keep researching i guess lol

Hot board for sure... Very nice. Thanks for all the info in this thread as some of you may know, I'm sorting through my board's creation as I type - power supply is key.

As for the question way up about the chip in the OD-1 and so forth, to the best of my knowledge, the OD-1 has the exact chip and can be purchased on line, off ePay for about $70 used...

Peace,
V.

PS - do you have a MIDI lead coming out of that rig as well?? To do the Channel switching on the amp??

Peace,
V.

I've been persuaded into going for a gig rig power supply over a PP2 which i was set on before..

No, if you look at the loop module, you'll see I have three sockets (11, 12, 13) that are open/closed relays. They control my Uberschall's channel and loop functions just like an on/off foot switch would. Each is programmable, just like the effects loops.

It's a BYOC Phaser that is modded to their fully loaded phaser specs.
Click the Tapping into Voodoo Phull Phaser link in my sig for more details.
It started out as a BYOC MXR "Script" Phase 90 that now has the 45/90 option, the ability to blend some feedback into the circuit like the "Block" version, and the option to sound like a Uni-vibe. That's where I got the theme idea for Eddie and Jimi. Last Phaser I'll ever buy.

I'm extremely happy with the WOBO unit.

Ya!! I just chatted with some cats from the UK and they're all over the GigRig gear - says it's bomber, built by incredible guitarists and made for the purists!! I'm stoked...
