SG with P90's is great. Foolishly sold the one I had. Still have my 76 Deluxe. Old vintage SG's with a few scuffs are a great deal now. Finish worn almost off, a few breathing dings.

Pretty guitar but at nearly 7K, you would take a hard ass raping if you ever sold it.

That's a beautiful guitar and I hate gold hardware.

Most SG look like shit to me in the traditional trim. Hate the full face pickguard and those trapezoid inlays yuck.

I have a p90 SG with a slim 60s neck that just kills. Got it on awhim at a great price and it's a keeper.

BTW anyone know if that bridge and tail piece from an SG will fit a 2008 Les Paul std? I need a set of nickel plated bridge and tailpiece and I found one cheap but from an SG. Thanks fpr the help.

Reminds me of the SG Supremes from a few years ago. I'm with Mr. Willy on this one. A fancy top ain't proper on an SG. But neither are full-face pick guards. One of these days I'll get me a classic red '61 RI.

I've never been an SG guy either and I agree it looks good.
