NPAD! SansAmp PSA 1.1 - it’s dope!

So I have casually looked for these off and on for some time. I know Peter from Hypocrisy used them on a bunch of albums as did Gustaf of Defleshed.

Love those recorded tones. This one came up for a great price and I’d never seen the 20th Anni “Copper Face” version. Had to give it a go.

Gotta say, it’s damn cool.

You can not go wrong with a Syn-2 and a couple modules.

Yeah man I got it in last Thursday but didn’t even have a chance to open it til last night.

Been playing just the presets this morning and couldn’t be happier.

try running a bass through it, LOTS of bass players use those things in their rigs and get some amazing tones out of them.

Yeah, it’s my pic. Sitting on top of my head shell shaped rack that holds the power station and my Synergy Syn-2.

I us3d to gig thru that, a Mosvalve MV-962 and a Marshall 4x12 and people thought I had a super expensive tube amp. I had killer tone!

I absolutely love (and miss) the PSA 1s, Brother Jez.

I had an original version back in the '90s. Used it for "everything" including EDM kick enhancement!

I sure miss that baby big-time.

Oh it is, brother.

The knobs / parameters interact with each other so the sound palette is huge.

On top of that it sounds organic... and huge of course. Beef 'til the cows come home.
