NPD - Griffin Analog Brundle Fuzz

Hello RT,

I recently received an unexpected surprise with another pedal......

This Brundle Fuzz!

Wayne is the man!!

I didn't expect that at all, and of course, was very happily surprised. Many thanks again, I truly appreciate the kind gift.

Now, onto the pedal.

This is not a subtle effect.

No, this is not for the weak of fuzz.

This thing is huge as a wall and can spit and scream!! Roar, even!!!

Slamming fat riffs through this thing is just a ton of fun.

It has a certain sticky/rippy nature to it that is very fun to play with.

The enclosure graphics encompass that "fly paper" stick this pedal gives you.

The tone knob is really usable and affects the fuzz in fun ways, it can give you that sizzle in the top end if you want it.

Level does what you expect, and is needed, as this thing can crank it!!

I find this fuzz has a lot of body to it. When I compare it with other pedals - it just has a certain HUGE nature to the sound at all times, even at a lower volume. I dig it.

This is just one really fun fuzz pedal.

I was able to get an early zep a la communication breakdown sound out of it. But damn that thing could do some wild shit quick with some slight tweaks. It was gifted to me and after awhile of it not being used I regifted it to brother japetus. Really an interesting pedal. Maybe like fuzz and octave combined maybe. my problem is everything I play is like anti fuzz….

ohhhh you got the polished aluminum Builder's Edition ...... that one has a few tweaks and upgrades ..... fucker will rip your head off if you let it
