Hey guys!

Picked up an Electro Harmonix Stereo Memory Man w/ Hazarai on Friday for a good price. $100 and it's brand new. I think that's good?

Had some fun with it at practice today. Anyone else rockin' this pedal? I already own a Wampler Faux Analog Delay Echo, Line 6 DL4, Boss DD-3 and various rack delays but I figured "what the hell, why not!". So far it's a fun pedal. A little noisy with dirty channels, but a hell of a lot of fun on the cleans. Only tried it up front so far. Anyone car to share some settings? I'd love to get The Edge's "Streets" sound happening if possible.

HNPD!

Nice board too by the way! Looks like a good time.

Now that is a pedal board. I guess you are the guy to ask then....Have you tried a Carbon Copy? I was thinking about trying one.

Thanks bro! It's a very fun board. Very useful for any band situation and covers broad territory. I'm happy with the setup!

Thanks man! Yeah I owned the CC for a couple years. I enjoyed it for what it offered. It's one of the better sounding delays for running in front of an amp. Excellent sound, decent versatility. I prefer it over the Boss DD line as it sounds real, more organic. It is dark however, with a warm (well, rounded) quality to it. I found this useful in many, but not all situations. I would still highly recommend the Wampler over all the delays I have, if you're looking for a one setting solution that sounds amazing. If you're looking for something with preset options, I can't give a definitive answer just yet. The Wampler just does it for me. Worth every penny! Cheers!

I love my Wampler pedal. Best analog delay I have ever played. It sounds great in any setting. I prefer it in the loop and run it a lot. Just adds the perfect tonal 3D sound.

As for the Edge it is two delays going     3/16 (350ms - panned right)  and  9/32 (525ms - panned left) however the main delay is the 350. You should have no problem pulling it off with that EI pedal. When in doubt about an Edge delay it is probably the 3/16 delay. Your Line 6 rhythm setting should be very close to this sound with a simple tap in. But if you want to take it even deeper just a simple math equation will do it. 45,000 / bpm and there is you 3/16 delay. I played in a band that I used this delay quite frequently. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the delay tips! And I'm glad to see someone else who feels the Wampler love. Such a great pedal!
