I lucked into a vintage marshall cab with 2 original greenbacks about 2 years ago, but haven't done anything with it yet, as the 2 empty speaker spots do not have the screws and nuts needed to install speakers.

I have a pair of 16 ohm mesa v30's I'd like to drop into the cab, so I'm now trying to source this hardware, and it seems difficult to come by stateside. Anyone know where I can get everything needed so I can get this old beast up and running?

If you have the original flat "cheesehead" 2BA bolts and T-nuts, Mojo, etc won't carry them. British Fasteners LLC has the 1 inch by 2BA thread cheesehead bolts, not sure about the T-nuts, you'll have to check.

The Mesa speakers will be a bad mix with original Greenbacks, though, I can tell you that much now. They'll overpower those old G12M's big time.
