NUX MG-30

I'm no gear snob. If it sounds good, it is good. And NUX is making some really good sounding stuff lately! I was impressed with the NUX Mighty Space that I did a demo on about a year ago, so I decided to see if that same magic was on tap inside the NUX MG30, which is a floor modeler unit. One thing that differentiates NUX to me over some of the other digital brands, is that their presets sound really, really good. For the MG30, NUX enlisted some musicians to make all of the shipped presets and you can really tell!
So let's take a look at what this NUX MG30 offers and I'll rip some mediocre playing into some of the best presets. Thanks to zZounds for loaning me this unit so that I can share it with you all!

I bought one a while back, simply incredible for such little money! Kids today have it good.

My fav cheap modeler is the Mooer Prime S1.

I got the Prime P1 and the bluetooth 4-button floorswitch, and posted on social media that they should just build the P1 Prime into the footswitch. A year later they updated the Prime with the P2 (which I purchased), similar form factor as the P1 with UI and sound improvements including user IRs, and it still worked with the bluetooth floor switch...then they released the S1, which is what I wanted, sounds and works great, they have a new M series which are more compact but the S1 is the best formfactor for me....I'd use it live if I was still playing in bands, it's that good.

I hope they release a S2 in this formfactor, I'll buy it.
