How is the neck? What's the carve like?

I've been looking at these for a while, but not enough to take the jump without playing one first IYKWIM

Nice!

I had both of the other ones for about a year. I was bummed about the FR version because the stock photos showed a more gray/black color than what actually got delivered. My other guitar player has the FR Explorer.

They're awesome guitars! Minor things I would've changed, but mainly cosmetic (ditch the binding and give me a reverse headstock), but the color of the FR version really annoyed me haha. Necks are pretty middle of the road. Not too thin, not too thick. They play and feel really nice with no neck dive. Nice guitars!

They're all rad. Did you see the BCR vixen in the classifieds? Another sick V with wood top

Were spoiled on guitar porn on RT

Nice!!!

If this is your first Evertune there’s a bit of a learning curve. Just know that if bending feels funny, it’s because you’re not in the exact zone you need to be. Just don’t listen to any dolts that say it can’t feel like a normal fixed bridge, that horseshit belongs in the same category as “You can’t use a Strat trem without going out of tune” and “G-strings always slip out of tune on Les Pauls”.

And if it feels funny- just tune the string up until you hear it raise in pitch, then back down to the correct pitch but not a turn further. It has to be right at the end of Zone 2 before it hits 3. Evertune should really make that a bit clearer, it’d definitely resolve all the “You can’t bend normally on an Evertune” crap.

Neck carve feels similar to early 90s Soloists.

First one, and feels 100% normal. It was completely set up for me when I got it. Plays and sounds killer.
