I have two 4x12s in my apartment (wood frame so noise travels) - I have them stood on iso boards, I don't crank the amps (friedman mod 87x and a rack) and I don't play at anti-social hours and I don't get any complaints. Of course, being the building manager might help a bit there though

nice, we live in a duplex style with my amp being at the complete opposite side of the house in our bedroom. Landlord is in the other side and is a pretty cool older guy,we get along. He has never complained and always tells me he can't hear anything. I suppose I was getting a little paranoid lol. I was thinking about getting the iso boards and carpet from auralex to help kill the resonance from traveling through the walls.
