For me, Torn Apart.

It's gross, but great, to me.

Also, Red Tide!

Refused anyone?

Got some you dig? Any era. I'm down.

Like this local to my old home base, Repulsion.

Or even these guys. 7 Seconds.

Now this sounds closer to early Mastodon. Thanks for doing your homework, pupil

I don't know, those Japanese bus/train molester vids are pretty good, if you don't mind the pixilated genitalia.

What's this have to do with guitar gear though?
It was used to make the music.

Pretty obvious.

Just like every other thread involving music in this forum.

Without turning into a “band naming fest”, here’s some that are worth checking out if you’re unfamiliar:

Gauze
Deathside
Septic Death
Stains (SST band)
Dr. Know (with Kyle singing)
Poison Idea

Grew up on 90s/00s hardcore! Wouldn't call any of this obscure but don't see it talked about here much.

Bars's album "introducing" is probably my favorite of all time due to the rock & roll vibes they added in (though anything The Suicide File is a close second).
